Andrew began his career in Mechanical and Space Engineering, working on large mining and materials handling projects across regional Queensland. The work required precision, patience and a clear understanding of how complex systems behave under pressure. It taught him to think carefully, consider consequences and approach every decision with structure and clarity, skills he now applies to private wealth. 

He later spent many years as a diplomat in Papua New Guinea, Myanmar, Indonesia and around Australia. Working closely with major economic developments, trade discussions and political negotiations helped him develop calm judgement, strong analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture behind any situation. It also taught him how to work with people in moments that genuinely matter.
